When placing an order, measurements and a 50% deposit is required, the remainder is due at the time of the first fitting.
In the case of a canceled wedding or function, the purchasers will still be held fully responsible for payment in full for the order.

 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• Textile manufacturer dye lot/weave variations.
• Size inconsistencies due to weight fluctuations or pregnancy.
• Merchandise not claimed 10 days after wear date indicated on sales slip.
  

All modifications, extra large sizes, extra long, rush / special delivery are subject to additional cost.

In the case of custom-making/alterations, all final decisions on the style must made by the first fitting.

Any additional alterations, modifications thereafter will be subject to additional charge.
